How much space do i need for the tents?
The dimensions of each tent with the mattress is approximately 5 feet x 4 ft wide x 4 ft high. We are able to arrange our tents in different ways so they fit your space. If you're unsure, please touch base with us prior to your sleepover so we can help you figure out how they'll fit in your space.
We request that all furniture is removed or rearranged prior to our arrival. We do not rearrange furniture! Please know that if your tents will face each other there needs to be enough room to walk down the middle for guests to access their tents. If there is not enough room for a tent we will not set it up and you will not be refunded for the missing tent.

do i need to set up and take down everything myself?
No way Jose! We come to set everything up for you the morning of your sleepover and come and take it all down for you after guests have left. We do ask that you undress the mattresses and put your sheets, blankets, and pillows into a pile for us. Please leave all accessories on the tent and leave the tent standing.
are the linens cleaned after every use?
ABSOLUTELY! All Glamping Gals sheets and linens are laundered after each use using a fragrance free, hypoallergenic detergent.
what is the drop off and pick up time?
We will work with your schedule to find a convenient time. Typically we will come set up mid-morning the day of your sleepover and come pick up late morning to early afternoon. We will confirm with you via email all details.
can i rent the tents for only a few hours?
Yes you can rent the tents for only a few hours, however our pricing remains the same.
am i able to rent the tents for longer than a day?
Of course! If you would like to keep the tents for a longer period of time, please make sure that is listed on your booking form or feel free to email us your request.
what type of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, check, or Venmo.
what is the refundable incidental deposit for?
We require an incidental deposit to cover the cost of damaged, lost and/or broken items that are included in your package. Please make sure the kids do not eat in the tents, use slime, nail polish, make-up, markers, or paint around the tents. The incidental damage deposit is $100. If no damages are confirmed, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days of checkout. Any lightly damaged (but still useable) or stained property will result in a $100 cleaning fee for each item. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
why aren't sleeping pillows included?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask our sleepover guests to bring their own sleeping pillows. Decorative pillows are included and are not meant to sleep on.
can i have the tents outdoors?
We do not allow our tents outdoors. However, we can recommend a great company for outdoor setups. Contact us for more information!
Do you deliver outside of columbia?
Yes we do! We're happy to travel to you however we charge a travel fee if outside of a 20 mile radius of Columbia. Delivery for 21-40 miles is $50, 41-80 miles is $100, and 81-100 miles is $150.
How soon should i book?!
Book your event as soon as you have settled on a date. A $100 deposit secures your date and theme with your final guest count and payment due 14 days before your sleepover.
